Getting Started

For someone like me (analytical & logistical) when something creative creeps into your brain, you go for it. So, I am. I gathered materials around the house and in the garden to create a sugar scrub that I would want to use. I knew I wanted the scrubs to be natural, because that's what I'm about and I knew they should look good enough to want to take a taste. And that's where I started. I didn't measure, research or calculate - I just went for it and here's what I came up with.

I went to the local Sprouts and picked up some materials - 

I also picked mint from the garden and put that in to create a mint scented scrub.

I used cinnamon to create a holiday scent and lemon for a fresh citrus.

I love lavender, so I created a pink colored lavender scented  scrub.

 I am going to let these sit for a bit and see how they look after some time and I will regroup with adjustments and new recipes!
