Sample Data

After I made Batch03, I had my samples ready to go - and they sat there for several days as I checked and double checked my survey, the samples etc..(hello OCD!!)
I even asked my husband, but what if they leak? I clearly had some concerns that the scrubs wouldn't be loved like I love them, so let's go to the data from my survey that went along with the scrubs to find out...

 

Here are the questions from the survey:

Did your sugar scrub leak during the shipping/receiving process?

How do you feel about the consistency of the sugar scrub?

How did you like the scent?


What is your opinion on the feel of the scrub?


What is your opinion of the ingredients used?


What is your opinion of the product label?

Would you prefer to see 'use directions' on the label?

If you were purchasing this product, what price point range would you spend for this sample size?

Would you use this product on a regular basis?

Would you pay more to have all of the ingredients be organic? 


From the data, the most noted item across the board was that the label was destroyed in the shower.
Another point that came up was that the grapefruit hibiscus and lemon should have a stronger smell
One last point to mention was that I saw 2 different price points the samplers would pay for 4oz - $2-3 or $5-10, which is kind of across the board. But, overall everyone seemed very happy with the product!

So from here, I will create another batch, taking my feedback into consideration and altering a few things! Thanks to everyone that gave me such great feedback!
