Batch04 - Measuring Disaster
I wanted batch04's recipes to be exact. My previous recipes were close, but not entirely to the oz. So, I went ahead and bought myself a scale, so that I could get these recipes perfect. As soon as I started, I realized my scale would jump up or down a few ounces and it wasn't going to give the exact numbers I needed. So that's how batch04 started. But, on the brighter side, I have a bunch more samples to send out and more images to post!
